Archives Canada

ArchivesCanada.ca - your gateway to resources in archives across Canada
I am so excited to learn of this new resource - hopefully it will make searching for family or house histories so much easier.

Having everything in one place - and all online! Now if they could just get the Land Registry Files online, I could do all my research without leaving my house!

Set to go live in September 2013, ArchivesCanada.ca will become your gateway to resources in archives across Canada:

You will be able to search for details of archival materials, find digital images, visit virtual exhibits, browse information about archives in every province and territory, and discover the archives with the information you need.

ArchivesCanada.ca will be your national portal to Canada's documentary heritage, found in over 800 archives.
